Cancellation and Modification Policy

We are a very small business and every reservation made means we could turn away other interested guests. All our bookings are made by prior arrangements often many months in advance. Due to this and our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. We strongly advise we will adhere to a strict cancellation policy which is as follows;

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If you cancel or modify within 14 days of your arrival, 100 percent of the complete stay will be charged.

No shows or departure prior to your planned check out date will require full payment.

Any personal or credit card details we collect as part of the reservation won't be used for any purposes other than securing your booking.

Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel beyond your control.

Payment Policy

Full payment of the booking will be charged when you check-in.
