Cancellations & Refunds
Our bookings are generally made several months in advance. Because of this and our intimate size, cancellations have a significant impact on us. We therefore have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will attract no tariff.
Cancellations 7 days or less will receive no refund and you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the room.
Payment Policy: Full Payment is required to be settled upon Check In. We will process the credit card your booked unless advised of a different card before arrival.
Travel insurance is recommended for protection from cancellations beyond your control.
